No matter where you choose to purchase it whether it be coinbase, cashapp, voyager etc.. download a mycelium wallet, it is free, and transfer your funds to the wallet before you send it to it's final destination. This is a step, bitcoin is an incorruptible ledger, hence transactions are easily traced from source.

Try it again. They did that to me once and a few months later I tried again and it worked. Makes no sense.

Long time ago i heard something bad about mycelium wallet and deleted. I wish i remember... i think it was something about transactions being followed or something
