Hair loss protocol

How you make the solution?
You mix it with minoxidil 5% ?
Nah, I did research with the AI chatbots, gemini, claude etc, and they all point towards a topical solution which is a mixture of Ethanol (RU is alcohol soluble) and Propylene Glycol (to make it thicker and not run off the scalp quickly).

for me rn im using 8% ru and min mixed + oral castor oil. Was on fin a couple months back and it made me freakishly hypersexual and irritable to the point that i needed 2 drop it. The ru is working well for me now and ive seen some nice gains on it. dht blockers arent for everyone and i personally disagree with guys saying dht is the worst thing your body produces post puberty

Its weird I see things that say avoid dht derives like primo/anavar to avoid hair loss. Some ppl say stick to dute

Since I started using oral minox my hair has felt like the strands are thinner. I loss a bunch of weight with tirz and reta that caused me to lose a touch of hair around temples.
Got worried and started minox. Maybe I made a bad decision? Im on test now too though. Maybe it would have grown back after stopping intense cut.
Im still cutting

Just thinking out loud
Because DHT derivatives, bind to the hair follicles thus causing further recession and cant be stoped by fin/dut

BUT RU can ;]

RU is a coin toss, it works, but having to mix the raw powder and apply it everyday and risk systemic sides (which I have went through) on top of also having to apply topical minox seems like a hassle to me. All so I can run a DHT Derivative that is less anabolic than test but at least its an easier way of controlling my e2 right ?

no thanks

I would rather run 800 test and throw in a AI or EQ than ran 400 test and 400 primo and have to worry about my hair
not to mention, DHT is net negative for skin and is the reason gear user's look aged due to DHT Derrivatives hypertrophying the sebaceous glands of the skin thus making you look worse in the long run.

Sounds like you got it all figured out bro

If you really worried about hair loss and your someone who is enhanced,
drop fin
do 2.5mg of dutastride
you can try oral minox, but it bloats the hell out of you to be worry about that
if it bloats you jus do topical minox
stay away from DHT derivatives, n use EQ if your planning on doing big cycle's
Stay away from 19 Nor's as well

If you do all of these you should have good hair and even regrowth
You can use RU but some people get scared of the systemic sides

DHT is the worst hormone the body makes after puberty, do everything youn can to nuke it
nandrolone its more hair safe than test , at least for me .
the thing with duty probably is mandatory to use AI or Bold to control estrogen.
but i believe some AI can give hair loss

Its more so the rapid change in e2 levels that do that as well as the receptors being cleared of estrogen and the dht is able to bind which causes the hair follicles miniaturization. But I 10000& agree with it causing hair loss. Way better off using a another compound to control e2.

So if I understand you correctly, if I am on NPP or Deca or Primo, I shouldn't be taking Finas or Dutas because they are 19-Nor?

I recently bought RU from rudirect.co.uk

They ship from UK to EU (handle customs, VAT etc, so Brexit shit not a problem)

I haven't received it yet but I've got the UK royal mail tracking and I recently received tracking from the domestic delivery service.

They have janoshik tests for their product and are a legit UK registered company, which gave me the confidence to make the purchase

I bought 10G of the raws and will be making my own topical solution.
I don't know if Kimerachems ship to EU or outside the US but they recently released the ready-to-use RU.

Npp and deca are. Look it up as its easier read probably...fin or dut will lower nandrolones conversion to DHN. DHN is less androgenic than nandrolone apparently. So your allowing nandrolone to stay in the form that can accelerate hair loss.

Primo isn't a 19nor.

FYI I am on dut oral min and on deca (only 100) and primo. Also experimenting with a little RU.

I have a Chinese chem company that im going to probably buy some ru from then mix with my own alcohol and pg. In the UK. Jano or analiza bialek arent extortionate for testing but I did wonder today how'd id go about seeing if anyone wanted in on the testing...not a fully formed idea...as I type on the go.

6 months post hair transplant and I use fin 0.5mg eod, minoxidil 2.5mg daily and RU every night. Switching now to a new RU spray formula which also includes the following -

RU58841 (5% w/v) – A targeted anti-androgen that binds scalp receptors, blocking DHT and reactivating dormant follicles without systemic side effects.

GHK-Cu Peptide (2%) – Enhances circulation, repairs follicle tissue, and reduces inflammation for stronger, healthier regrowth.

Caffeine (2%) – Stimulates follicle activity, prolongs the growth phase, and increases hair density.

D-Biotin (1%) – Essential for keratin production, improving strength, shine, and resilience.

Methylene Blue (Oxidised, 1%) – Mitochondrial antioxidant that restores cellular energy and follicle vitality.

Collagen (1%) – Strengthens shafts, reduces breakage, and thickens hair fibres.

Spermidine (0.1%) – A polyamine linked to autophagy and cellular renewal, shown to stimulate follicle stem cells, extend the anagen (growth) phase, and promote visibly denser, healthier hair.

If you can afford to fly to Turkey and get a hair transplant I’d definitely recommend that. I did a few years ago and paid $2,500 including a 3/4 night stay in a luxury hotel with transportation included. Dense full youthful hairline and dense crown area. I do take oral minoxidil and finasteride but definitely get a hair transplant if you can. Many people have commented on how nice and natural it looks and the frontal area is dense. Nothing none of these medications would have ever gotten back! Just spend the money once and be done with it. Pain is not bad especially if you are used to injections etc.

Yeah multiple services that offer topical applications of DUT and FIN getting rid of side effects for most people that come along with systemic applications. Than I add my RU powder to there solutions.

Yeah buddy. Tough to say if I would have started this in my 20s if I would have avoided hair transplants. Probably not as MPB run on both sides of my fam.

The topical dut/fin/minox from happy head has helped minimize any systemic sides i got from oral versions.
Im not a fan of the vellus hair being white and my hair has become more thin. Thinking about stopping, lowering test and lowering glp1.
I wasnt on any aas but was on reta/tirz (different times) and lost around 50lbs.
Reta caused skin pain and tingly at hair line.
This caused my temple area to recede. I think it may be just temporary from rapid weight loss. But i panicked and start oral minox then added topical.
Been about 7 to 8 months on oral minox and I think im about the same with some small amounts of regrowth.

Wondering if lowering glp, stop minox and topical. Eating well and exercising would help it grow back.
Im under 40

Thinking out loud
