18iu sounds like it would be counterproductive for insulin sensitivity and blood glucose. Personally I don’t see the point of going over 10
Not even close man… some people it’s easy to eat and need to moderate calories. I can eat 6000 calories and am 250lbs but do not need 6000 rifht now so it would be counterproductive to do so because I will get fat and I want to grow lean and have added 30lbs in about 3 months BY NOT stuffing my face and gradually moving up from an 80 calorie surplus... many lifters know how to eat, have great digestive health and simply dont need excessive food. For many it’s a game of moderation, we don’t want too much gear too early, too much food too early. look at guys on thr Olympia stage like Hutchinson for example. Has a very conservative approach with Tuttle regarding food. Same can be said of many guys trying to control their waist, and not get too fat for a hard prep.
