I bought the book myself. Again, nothing groundbreaking but for someone just getting into cooking it's simple to understand and fun to cook and change the recipes as you desire. Some of his videos are AWESOME while others I won't even click on.

People are sharing his cookbook and training book for free on reddit and you just search there for free copy. I was gonna buy them and while looking for reviews found them there free. I figured if they were good I would still pay him but I thought they were very basic and not very good. I would have been disappointed if I had purchased them and wouldn’t have used them.

Truest shit ever. It’s pretty fucjing basic and I did all of this to start. nice it has the cals already listed but it’s still 2/10
