Great deal on Libre 3 plus CGMs

Sorry this ends tonight but anyone using

Libre Freestyle 3 Plus for continuous glucose tracking might be interested in this deal.

I usually pay $80 / each + have to get a prescription via telemedicine.

They're running a deal with the code on their front page, so - package with 4 or 6 sensors works out to $47 each delivered after you take off the cost of the telehealth prescription they include.

Best price I've seen by far.

Their software is ok, but ofc this top of the line CGM interfaces with all the high end fitness and biohacking apps like Levels etc.

Unlike the others that feel like a plastic mushroom, I forget I'm wearing this.

I don't have diabetes but was still able to pay with my FSA card as a legit medical expense.

How much time it last?

With the code (-20%), I see that 6 is $384.
$64 each?

Oh i see.
You factored in the cost of prescription.

Yeah, the only way I think you can get them is with an rX from one of the very few speciality docs who'll give you one without having diabetes. Other than ordering from India, which ends up costing even more.

Even without factoring in the prescription cost I haven't seen them anywhere else for a better price. But I'm all ears if anyone has a cheaper source. I find the data useful and would probobly use them all the time if they were cheap enough.

It could be beneficial for those who run slin or diabetics.

otherwise, Seems pointless.
There's definitely a case to be made especially for those who don't do a job tracking macros or who don't have their diet dialed in (guilty...)

I think the data would shock a lot of people when they see how what they eat and what their day to day activity does to BG. I suspect it would also help those who are "on the fence" and maybe still tempted to cheat more than they should.

If nothing else, if someone has a diabetic pet, sweet deal! LMFAO

I had been monitoring BG to keep an eye on insulin resistance while using GH. But I hate the fingerprick. I'd rather inject with a 2" syringe.

I noticed Sampei was using one:

Only one I can buy directly here is Libre3 but it's fucking expensive. I just wanted to wear one for a while to see how my body react to different meals and how reta influenced my glucose paired with 10/12IU of HGH and how training increase insulin sensitivity too.
It's quite interesting the whole CGM things, if it was cheaper I would probably wear one almost all the time.

I was about to change Tirz doses, and wanted to know how that would impact insulin sensitivity.

But once you get started, if you're using one of the advanced apps, seeing all the data, how you react to a particular food, start adjusting your diet or workout and see the impact in real time it becomes a virtuous cycle of optimizing feedback. Constantly tweaking something, food, timing of GH injection. The positive results are addictive.

Manually tracking macros and the occasional finger stick is good, but it's like flying blindfolded compared to this. A ton of people are using them now. Athletes, "biohackers", general fitness enthusiasts.

I was surprised at how many services are offering them. Some correlate workout and sleep data from watches, even overlay bloodwork to see how everything interacts over time.

isn’t the Stelo by Dexcom available without a script? you have to sign off that you aren’t a diabetic though. i didn’t go all the way through with the purchase, but i was able to add it to my cart just to see.

Question about CGM - if I split my order of (6) between my son and I, can we both have an app to track? Or is there some subscription thing I’d need for both of us?

I wrote about this before.
The China CGM (LinX) is pretty much an upgraded Libre3plus clone.
This was the one I suggested and I believe what some of them are using now.
Was alot cheaper too, prior to the tariffs:rolleyes:

@Ghoul
Why are you not using Lingo instead?
Same manufacturer, no prescription needed.

i followed that convo and got a lot out of it! iirc, it was in Lobster’s thread.

like you mentioned, Sus-Wel customer service claims they can’t ship the LinX to the states any more due to patent issues. plus their app is scrubbed from the App store (although there is a workaround). that would have been the best option imo.

today, Stelo seems to be the best option for those of us who just want to be precise with glucose levels. that said, i did not look into Lingo. i’ll have to check that out.

Lingo doesn't provide actual blood glucose readings. Just a proprietary health "score".

Which means no data to share with other apps.

Linx is similar to Libre 3 plus, but it's uncalibrated, and from what I've read, flaky with an unreliable connection and the data is "noisy", jumping up and down at random intervals. Standard "almost there but not quite" Chinese knockoff. It's only $8 less per sensor vs the Libre 3 Plus with this deal, even including the prescription cost. Surprised it's allowed without FDA authorization.

Edit: Nevermind I see the Linx app is gone so it's moot.

LinX was substantially cheaper prior to the tariffs.
6 for $258 from sus-well, but they don't ship to US anymore.
