Every other month I work 12 hour night shifts 3 days on and then 3 off unless I pick up overtime which I usually will do on another crew and work days. Just curious if anybody has experience on working nights and their diet. I drop carbs but for some reason I will get off in the morning and be water bugging hard. I almost doubled my water and that seems to help just went from pissing from every 20 minutes to every 10. I also don't typically train on these days.
