Good meals u can eat every day

Also thought I might add that sauce is a major game changer for me. I get sick to death of eating the same meals again and again. So at least once a month I stock up on a few new sauces to try. Just make sure they don’t have a ton of calories. My absolute favorite is chili oil from the Asian section at the grocery store. I also suggest nandros peri peri sauce. Both add great flavor to tons of meals.

I've been doing Siggi's icelandic Skyr for breakfast and snack substitutes and it's fantastic. 18g Protein per serving, tastes amazing and add in some oats, fruit and protein granola. Damn well beats eggs every morning
 
I eat lean ground beef, chicken breasts with rib meat, and occasionally some pork. I used the eat the hell out of spinach but got burnt out on it quick. Now it’s mostly sweet potatoes boiled with cinnamon or green beans. Maybe on leg day or a large muscle group day I’ll eat some regular potatoes with my chicken/beef.
 
Before bed I do a 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese blended with a Tbls peanut butter and a scoop on casein protein. Tastes like chocolate pudding.
