I have an OCR program that I used during school. I might try that.Googled "B12 Vial Label".
Although probably not as useful as an editable PDF of this.

Going out of the country in a few months. I do every day injections and really don’t want to change it up but I am leaning towards the don’t risk it option.Editable RX label PDFs are all over the place, even Etsy, for the criminally minded.
Personally I wouldn't try such a thing to fool the cops into thinking the large stash of oxycodone in your car is legal, but whether someone thinks customs in another country, if they even bother looking at your medicine bag, is then going to try and get ahold of a pharmacy or your doc and convince them to reveal confidential medical information over a vial of test is an interesting mental exercise.
I certainly wouldn't bring it back through US customs though just to save a couple bucks worth of compound.

How do you sterilize an old vial from a different compound?Take an old test vial and sterilize it and put a bit of primo in it. Or if you have a partial test vial just add the primo to it.
I've never done it but you can find info about it in the homebrew threads. Adding the primo to a partial test vial would be the easiest. If it were longer than 6 days that is what I would do. I would make sure to wipe both tops with alcohol swabs (I always do, some guys dont) draw the primo and immediately add to the test vial. 6 days isn't terribly long so you'd probably get away with just taking a shot the day you leave. Obviously not taking the risk is ideal but if I were to, that is what I would do.How do you sterilize an old vial from a different compound?
