Wasnt sure where to post this, do I figured mens health would be a good section.
Background:
I'm trying to reset my insulin sensitivity via the use of low dose DNP
I'm on week 2 of 100mg per day with a balanced macro list at around 2800 calories (My maintence is 3500) with 300g protein.
I'm doing 5 days on, 2 days off.
I expect to do so for a total of 4 weeks.
Weight loss is secondary in this run, it's mostly to reset insulin sensitivity.
I'm starting Prop at 200mg this week to slingshot into week 5 to experiment with some awesome gains when I stop the DNP
To illustrate this, I just hit 2 PRs on my 1RM, so something is working out well, I'm also looking leaner.
Currently running
200mg Test U
200mg Primo
(Prop is added at 200mg at the end of this week)
Long story short
I've been going Hypo on occasion when I'm doing fast paced work (Not during heavy lifting sessions) only when I'm doing stuff like taping/mudding at s breakneck pace for a few hours.
Usually I slowly get drained and my BG goes down over the course of that time.
Lately, it hits me like a tonne of bricks and within 10 minutes of feeling hypo, if i dont have some sugars i start to sweat and shake.
A quick hit of orange juice and I'm GTG in 10 minutes and back to work.
Is this a good sign of my insulin sensitivity being high?
I broke my BG monitor and I'll have my new one shortly, will begin monitoring on Saturday, but I'm pretty decent at feeling this out.
Might be worth mentioning, I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis and autoimmune gastritis.
As such Addisons disease is a VERY distinct possibility... this renal issue could lead to these symptoms as well.... but I'm in Canada and God knows when I'll finally get an appointment with a specialist that understands Autoimmune diseases and renal/hormones/Endocrinology.
Going to tag my Insulin sensitivity/DNP teachers/Chiefs here

Thanks all
Just wanted to get some opinions, I'll obviously be monitoring by BG heavily and seeing s doctor, but I've come to respect your opinions more than my Doctors.
Also, in Canada, our doctors just fuck us off, the only way I've ever gotten treatment is when I show up with the ANSWER and the supporting documents.... basically having to force doctors into treating me lol
