Gluten free bulk diets.

Anyone have some tips for gluten free bulking? Just found out some of us have celiac, and it’s likely the issue with me too - I keep getting sick as fuck 10 weeks into any cycle with good blood work, and the common denominator is gluten in the diet.
 
I would get an antibody test to confirm...before self diagnosing yourself with anything...

As far as a gluten free bulking diet?...Just eat foods w/o gluten...and lot's of them?...It's not that trivial dude...

Replace your breads and pastas with potatoes, rice, fruits, and vegetables...

yeah it's not about celiac per se, aparently its a spectrum and most of us have some sort of gluten sensitivity, all my life i've ate tons of bread pasta etc never noticed an issue.. until I did my first bulk... oh boy.. bloat city...
so cut out the gluten and the problem resolved... it makes sense, when you push your digestive system to the max having full intestines all day long the gluten has more time to do its thing.
I never have issues on a cut.. I can eat just bread all day for carbs...
same thing with veggies on a bulk if I try to eat same amount as on a cut i get bloated as fuck... to much food to process the fiber just adds unnecessary bulk in your GI tract and you get distension etc.
