Give me a high rep rehab program.

Just getting over a stupid shoulder injury with a week off. nothing serious just some soft tissue. Can't grip the bar for squats yet, in fact all big 3 are out for a few weeks.

Want a program that will support the big 3 lifts ie an accessory workout low weights high reps, using dumbbells I'm guessing.

What's a good high rep accessory program.
