I don't know but I thought creating alts was a ban-worthy offense

If it happened, how did it slip under the radar? (I'm guessing either it didn't happen or creating alts when you get banned is allowed on Meso)

He's on at least one other forum I read, presumably under a different username so as to not have ties to here.

My initial thought last year was that Ghoul was the alt account of someone that posts less frequently because they want to appear less active/more professional on the forum with their main account. The Ghoul alt gives them an annonymous outlet to speak freely.
