GH protocol suggestions / advices

I'm looking for some suggestions and advice about my planned gh protocol. I'll be starting either this week or next, but I would really like your guys input on my proposed administration protocol.

Current plan is to:
  • Start off at 1-2iu and build up to 5iu over the course of some weeks gauge side effects.
  • Run the GH @ 5iu's (5 days on 2 days off)
  • Pin the whole dose prior to bed (evening).
I plan to start off at 1-2iu and slowly build up to 5iu (my planned dose) just to gauge side effects.

The 5 days on 2 days off is just to extend the life of a kit.

I heard great things about pinning the whole dose prior to going to sleep at night, I think mands suggested this protocol and a few other guys have had great success with it as well.

I've never run GH before and I want to give it an honest run (4-6 months at least) to see if it's worthwhile at this stage in my development. I would like to see if the effects are synergistic combined w/ AAS blasts and if it's even worthwhile. I have no experience with GH, I will have to see and re-asses after some time it's value. I will still be running AAS during this time (blast/cruise).

Any other changes/suggestions you guys might have I would really appreciate,

start at 2IU you will not have any side effect as a man at that dosage.
the rest is all on point, if you want a bit more of fat loss faster you can use 100-200MCG of t4 for the first 8 weeks.
 
I run gh year round 3 iu when I'm cruising 6 iu when I'm blasting, when i use 6 iu I have a hard time sleeping I keep waking up with my fingers being numb and tingling. I take my dose in one pin before bed and I use 200 mcg of t-4 a day a couple months on a couple months off. I use seros. and I run it ed .
 
I am torn when it comes to running T4 as well, I been injured now for 3+ months and gotten chunky and now have zero cardio. Before being hurt, I could jog 40 miles, now I can't do crap. I want to really get back to my pre-injured ways once I start the HGH.

Assuming it's Pharm Grade, FOLLOW THE PACKAGE INSERT DOSING QUIDELINES.

If not included; Google HUMATROPE (or any other Ph GH product) PACKAGE INSERT DOWNLOAD or print version.

I'll be starting the GH today. I will keep this thread updated with my experiences using this protocol. I know growth takes time to see any noticeable results with, but I'm sure there are other things worth reporting along the way. Excited to see what changes might occur. I will re-asses how worthwhile it is after 4-6 months assuming nothing comes up that would dramatically change my financial situation and prevent me from running it that long.

how far along are you in the process, are you using pharma or generic (sorry if you've answered this in another thread)

I haven't started yet, I just want to have all my ducks in order and have anything I may need on hand prior to starting. I am going to be running TP's blacktops (MEDITROPE).

My girl is going to be running them as well, so I want to make sure I got us both covered when it comes to any additional needed things.

I discontinued the GH.

**foreword: I don't know if GH was the cause of these sides but it was the only change made recently and I haven't experienced these issues before. For me this was reason enough to discontinue, but this is hardly concrete proof of anything. TIFWIW.**

At 5iu I was having some bad side effects that I am assuming was caused by GH (the only recent change made in anything I was doing).

They really weren't specific symptoms, but they were concerning enough to want to discontinue:

I would get really anxious prior to bed and felt like I was becoming very 'aware' of my heart beat, which made it very difficult to stay calm (which likely exacerbated the problem). It wasn't bad but when I consumed caffeine beverages (zero calorie cola) it was way worse. I normally have bad anxiety but never like this, I have never had issues with caffeine before, and I certainly didn't consume anymore than I normally do.

The only information I could find about the symptoms I experienced was anecdotes from other people on the boards who were claiming the GH was causing them to have PVC's (premature ventricular contractions) but they had it confirmed by their doc, 'supposedly' changes in hormones, stress/anxiety, caffeine consumption, etc can contribute to this.

Either way I discontinued use and haven't experienced any additional anxiety beyond normal or similar symptoms.

I will make an appt. with my family doc and let them know about these symptoms and my (now discontinued) GH use and what the cause of this was, whether it was GH or something else.

It wasn't bad but no PED is worth feeling that shitty and I want to get to the bottom of the problem in case I ever decide to run GH again.

5iu seems a bit high so it could be that the dose was way to high. But having said that i think you did the smart thing by stopping.
Ive been running 2iu per day for little over 4 months and have had none of the sides you've mentioned. I will say that i love the results ive had so far, it has in fact exceeded my expectations.
I hope you can get to the bottom of this and get it under control so you can give GH another go, if you have the same experience i have you will be very happy.

Sorry to hear, could be the ramp up was to fast? It's hard to pinpoint the reason it has happened as you said. Good call on getting checked out. Then maybe you can retry starting at 2iu and doing one two months at 2-3 IU if it doesn't give you any bad sides.
