Lots of the top professional BBers have had a similar evolution of their fronto-temporal skull size. I came across a video of Jordan Hutchinson from a few years ago and his face / head was unrecognizable.

john Meadows used to say that the difference between a pro BBer and an amateur is a vial of Serostim per day. Sadly, I think some guys took that literally. It's very commonplace for top open guys to run 10+ iu per day, and that will cause a lot of unwanted growth: forehead, cardiac, etc.

No unfortunately, not US. Interesting though thanks. PDO sounds next level.

I've now had botox. Massive difference. No longer look so stressed.

PDO threads are available globally. They are very basic little sutures but they are not tied off. Only inserted under the skin, left there and they dissolve in 6-9 months. They have been used in pediatric cardiac surgery for a long time.

Threads are only needed if you still have a static line, a crease, AFTER botox is done
