GH for cutting

Cutting weight for 1st show this summer.

Curious to know if GH could be helpful.

I’m using low test, primo and cjc/ipa at 100/100mcg

I’m making progress currently 13weeks to go and easy 15lbs to cut. just curious if adding GH would be that much better over peptide.

Also when do you pull back on Gh or peptides for show day?

Not sure about GH, but I will say that GW (cardarine) is incredible for cutting. It’s sold alongside SARMs but it isn’t a SARM and does not affect your hormones whatsoever. What it has done in my experience is increase endurance capacity and make the body more efficient at burning fat (allegedly). It’s like an extra boost of adrenaline when you hit that wall if that makes sense.
Obviously don’t take anything without researching it, but it may be useful.

I purchased some of GW from Chemyo. Made my wife dizzy and sick for few weeks I’m almost certain it wasn’t GW from what I had read about it.

It was an oral solution that taste almost like a numbing med for dental work best way I could describe it. We capped the solution and she was taking 20 mg split x2 day I think. She ended up seeing an ENT doc after that one from extreme dizziness and sick feeling after about a week of trying. I didn’t use it besides just tasted it once.

Again I never read that so it was probably some bs bottled up and sold — I’ll repeat that brand Chemyo for anyone else that reads in the future.

GH will make those peptides irrelevant for the most part IMO. I've yet to see any peptides outperform GH. In addition to us knowing far more about long term gH affects than many of these trendy peps. Would be nice to see some bloodwork before and after peptides the way people do so much for AAS/gH but until then, my moneys on GH.

I’m 35, 187lbs 5,7 . I’ve got to weigh 175lbs for weigh in 13weeks.

2-3 iu per day or any particular protocol?

Im always after the minimum effective doses just the show is a nice goal for me Im not looking to advance in the sport much.

Just mentioning in case someone recommends tren for me
 
2-3iu is a good start. If you're gonna continue use of the peps I'd separate them. Probably GH AM for fasted cardio and peptides later/at night. But I am no peptide guru.

You can prob lose that 12 lbs easy cutting carbs and running clen 2 weeks on with Rouwolscine 2 weeks ur off clen

I cut carbs 4 out of 7 days entirely and around 100grams MWF right now. Sometimes I let loose on Friday carbs and each Saturday looking better and better.

Problem is my weights not moved in weeks. I suspect growth from the extra test and addition of primo. I’m looking better just gotta make that classic weight of 175lb. Was 189 today.

I ordered some semuglutide from peptide science. I figured I’ll give that a go and see if I can pull my calories back a bit more. 11 weeks

When my weight stalls I do a 24-36 hour fast (time sleeping is included in this) drinking about 3grams of sodium, 2g potassium and 200mg magnesium. Plateau gets broken easily. Fasting + GH= extremely fast results

I do rolling fasts but take in 3G sodium, 2g Potassium and 200mg magnesium in my water daily as I am also lifting and doing cardio on fasts. Test is at 200mg cyp a week and GH at 4iu with 2iu in am and 2iu in the pm. I only have noticed super fat fatloss with this protocol while being able to train hard
