getting Leaner?

I dont want to lose any more weight. I'm a light person 155lbs, 5'6 but i'm overweight in the stomach area. bf is around 19%. Want to get leaner and put on some muscle. Done juice, but i don't want to go that route again. I was up to 170lbs 15% bf. Looking for a training routine, guidance on food / supplemts. If u know of a good books or your own knowledge, Much appreciated....Tthe most cheating i will do is clen and epedra.

As of right now im back in the gym upped the cardio for now and have cut fat intake and high carbs.
 
Tom Venuto's "Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle" is great in my opion aswell. He covers ALOT of info on proper diet. I think you should probably focus on putting on as much quality muscle as possible, for say 6-10 weeks, then try dieting for 4-6 weeks and repeat until you reach your goal. This works great for me since I tend to get burned out, but going heavy for 8-10 is pretty easy, and strick dieting for 4-6 is the same. Good luck!
 
I forgot to express the importance of eating "CLEAN" while bulking aswell as dieting. I allow myself typically 2 cheat meals per week. NOT a full day of cheating like alot of guys choose. And pick your cheat days according to your schedule...for example: I have 2 toddler boys and our Friday night entertainment is making homemade pizza, so friday's dinner is cheat meal #1. And since I live in the south, and we Southerners love our fried chicken, for luch on Sundays after church we usually hit up Bojangles. Hope my post helps.
