floaters ONE OR TWO VIALS, did you or any other customers get it?
leaked packages have anyone else received any leaked packages since i took care of it and actually fixed the packaging skills?

and now an stupid false accusations of providing fake tracking numbers.. come on man, if i was providing fake tracking numbers why would i even take the time to reship you guys packages and loose stock? one of the main reasons for why im out of stock is because the reshipping i had to do from international warehouse ! which is what exactly i did TOOK CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS DESPITE COSTING ME MY STOCK !!

delay of shipping in december is pretty normal and common thing, i can guarantee you that all sources had delays.

Marcus, my man's. Idk how you still don't get it. You didn't have any delays, that would insinuate that people would have received their package, just would take longer to receive. You have to "reship" which means they don't get the initial package, and a second one is dispatched to them. So unless all these people are now getting 2 packs now. Then your delays are imaginary just like the original tracking you hand out.

how do you know that there was no delays and orders lost? there have been customers who actually got their orders , end of november and a few orders in decemver was delivered. until the holiday came and messed up the whole postal offices, lost parcels.

About the floaters we told that in the beginning we're sorry for it and it was an first time experience for us despite we sold thousands of oils.

It must have been from the filtration process and leaved some floaters inside, you can refilter it and it should all be good to go again.

So your change was to adopt the QSC approach?

This isn't a defense of Marcus, but I can confirm from personal experience that I placed an international order on Nov 27th of a couple kits and received it shortly before Christmas. In the same time frame as the handful of people ended up needing reships.

This doesn't negate the accusation as he could have done it selectively based on stock. I hesitate to post this as I don't want to come across as protecting him but I think more data is always better.
