Personally, what ever route is taken I feel it should be done publicly. Everyone needs to see not only for piece of mind but for proof actions are taken.

From my perspective it looks like it was ignored. When, he could have addressed it on the forum for everyone to see avoiding the assumptions. But, in true Marcus fashion he ghosted the entire thread until people started saying their tracking in updating.
No one was ignored, this whole topic about the 1 vial floaters was also replied from day one. There is no reason to keep replying the same subject months later. my assistant jennifer took care of this issue with the customer and as i can see here he got offered an nice deal for his next order from jennifer which is pretty normal and GA is not the only one who offer that.

The reason I’m upset is your gear is FANTASTIC Janoshik lab reports and my own bloods confirm that.

But to send a reship without the free test prop amps you put in the first package (which was never shipped) then send the second one without taking into account my $100 credit for doing the blood test and as a customer I don’t feel heard or seen in any way shape or form,

Your reading comprehension is failing you Marcus. The point of what I said was it needed to be handled publicly not in private. And, because you chose to do it privately it appeared to be ignored.

what if "after all the mishaps" someone doesn't want to order from you again, how will you proceed with that situation?
