This is totally unaceptable from any supplier.
I placed my first order for the EQ promo and i am not extremely worried about what state my order will be in by the time it arrives.
If i had seen all these issues with the leaks and poor packaging i would have spent my money elsewhere.
The past few weeks have been extremely damaging to the reputation of @GenericAsia in my opinion.
Marcus you need to come out and tell us how exactly you are going to solve the packaging issue.
I have countless orders from QSC and SSA and never have had a single broken vial or damaged item.
Plastic cases and inserts to hold the vials are the absolute minimum as well as sealed bags to contain any possible leak.
Communicate with us and tell us exactly how you are going to resolve this issue or you will be dead in the water within a few weeks on this board.
This post can be partially disregarded as it is now clear that this particular package was from another vendor but the point still broadly stands regarding @GenericAsia packaging over these past weeks.
It needs to be totally revamped and assurances and clarity must be communicated to us by Marcus.
