Looks like more and more underdosed products on the market.
EQ600 as EQ500.
ND500, EQ500 testing as ~400.
ND300 as ND250.
TP200 as TP110.

We misunderstood each other. First I did the quantitative test (I didn't know it was HPLC) and now GCMS.. I'm not an expert on tests lol

Overfitting. Remove the BB term. Compare R2 and RMSE.

What do you suggest is a good value for over fitting for RMSE?
I mean, it doesn't mean much as a value by itself..we don't really have a test v training dataset.

Plot GCMS API % vs GCMS BB %. Are they correlated?

Ok, I plotted it all. No correlation on GCMS BB vs GCMS API.

ANOVA gives the following p-values

Intercept: 1e-5
GCMS BB%: 0.08
GCMS API%: 1.13e-13

The BB definitely does improve RMSE. Not quite passing p-value hunting yet. Other two parameters are righteous.

Even tho we can't say exactly much (mg) of BB is used, it has the largest BB area under curve as compared to all other products we have data on, so yea i do believe it was brewed with the intention to hold a high concentration product.
