Fruit!

I used to stay away from it , then I got smart and realized it's much easier to eat fruit and enjoy life than to constantly fight that battle between dieting overly hard or caving in and completely losing my shit!! A lot of bodybuilders are all or nothing, it's an extreme lifestyle. Therefore they don't do anything outside of rice and chicken but when they do they completely go off the rails. I was one for years. It's easier to eat fruit and stay eating clean than to not touch it but binge eat on pancakes and pizzas
 
Not sure how true it is, but Mike O' Hearn apparently eats several lbs of fruit before bedtime, and that guy is a tank. I suspect it works well for him since he trains early mornings at 4 or 5am. Makes sense to me anyways
 
Well I dont eat enough fruit as not in my current macros. However at home and heading to the gym right now, early morning lifting is not my norm. At work its after work and fueled from all day eating. Now no food so am eating a banana and a grapefruit on way to the gym. Hoping it and my Carbion is enough to fuel the workout.
 
I eat frozen blueberries almost everyday of my life...they taste like ice cream to me when frozen as a snack which helps me from eating shit like actual ice cream lol however I usually mix them in a bowl of buckwheat with protien powder and walnuts.
