Fruit and fat gain

We all know that fruit is amazing for vitamins and health but also high in sugars so at what point does it become a dietary problem that can cause fat gain?

How much fruit do you eat daily and what fruits do you consume regularly?

I've been a pineapple fanatic (once daily) for about 6-12 months but I think it's fucking me up and distending my stomach and I really think bananas aren't good for me anymore either. I eat a sour green apple (granny smiths) about 3-5 times a week too.

Ah...well that would throw things off balance for sure.

I don't use slin but did all the fruit sugar do the job?
Well I’d already had my pre intra and post shakes this was on the way home I had to stop by the store lol

It’s just extra today. It’s fructose mainly which isn’t doing much toward muscle glycogen storage

Careful bro....you seem like someone that's heading towards being a diabetic in later life.

2 bananas and maybe 3/4 cup wild blueberries daily. 1 banana and blueberries with breakfast shake, and 2nd banana with protein bar as afternoon snack. Sometimes the 2nd banana gets replaced with a piece of oatmeal bread.

How’s that?

I'm no expert on the subject bro and I don't even know what was in your pre/intra/post nutrition but it looked a bit strange for someone to be craving sugar so soon after a post workout shake.

You said the cravings started on the drive home after training, so something seems a bit "off" with your blood sugar.

@TheLittleShop see this is what I’m talking about, he just says stuff that makes no sense. He’s one of those “likes to hear himself talk” people

Good thing I am, an expert on the subject
