Hello from Germany. I am now 31 years old, 1.79 meters tall, and over the past two years I have lost more than 70 kilograms of my own body weight without surgery or cell therapy. In addition, since March 2024 I have been going to the gym four times a week following a up/low,keeping my steps at 10k++ , keeping my weight relatively constant and steadily building muscle mass.
