Starting a log for my own record & for others to chime in and poke holes.

Age: 29
Height 5'9"

Background: Let myself turn into a fat fuck over a 4 year period of sedentary life (226lbs), went on a fitness kick for about 2 years losing weight down to 172lbs morning weight at my lowest.

I've had three bloodwork tests in 2025, all showing I have very low testosterone & HPTA function starting in May. I've had my both my Total T & Free T at the bottom 3% of my age group before. I'm posting my 2nd most recent bloodwork from Dec 1st 2025 as it's the most comprehensive lab I've done.

TLDR: Keypoints
Total T: 189ng/dL, ref < 250 - 1,100ng/dL
Free T: 35.8pg/mL, ref 35 - 155pg/mL
Lipids at upper limit / slightly over

Started experiencing all the symptoms you would expect from low T since around March 2025 if I recall correctly. I've been eating in the low 2,000 calorie area, training very hard, working a shit load of overtime, and getting pretty bad sleep for most of 2025. Constantly feeling tired, a bit of change in my personality for the worse, and literally zero sex drive.

I don't think I was always low T at all (I wish I had prior bloodwork to prove it) Never had trouble gaining muscle or low libido in the past. I still think it's secondary hypogonadism from lifestyle instead of primary.

I started eating in a surplus and forcing myself to sleep better starting and got tested again on Dec 31st with even lower values than listed above. Probably needed more than just 30 days of eating/sleeping better to actually see improvements on bloodwork, but I decided I'm not walking around with levels that low any longer. This was the cope I needed to start steroids.

Goal:

Gain about 8lb of lean muscle from my July 2025 photo (so ~190lbs leanish) and stay there while not feeling terrible and have a functioning dick.

Plan for Bulk:
300mg Test C per week
750IU HCG per week
3 to 4IU of HGH per day
Retest at the end of 5 weeks. (i'm 3.5 weeks in as of writing this)
Bump it up depending on results.
It might be retarded, but I kinda wanna run Primo near the end of this bulk and leading into my cut. ~400mg Test ~300mg Primo?
Calorie goal is set ~3,400 but i've been sloppy so far as seen in my weightlog. I'm eating clean food, but I've been outrageously hungry going up to ~4,600 often just from chicken, rice, sweetpotatoes, greek yogurt, and berries.
Gained weight way faster than I wanted to, but I'm confident I can cut it off when I start a cut in March. This will be around a ~12 to ~15 week bulk I think.
Cut cardio from 210min per week to ~50min per week.
I train ~6days per week. Sometimes more sometimes less. Depends on work


Sides so far:
Bloated face. Hate the way my eyes and cheeks puffed up.
Not really anything else yet.

Pros so far:
Started getting morningwood again for the first time in forever so this was all worth it.
Lifts going up a bit more, but i'm also not restricting calories anymore..
Slight increase to energy levels after long work hours, but not much.

Notes:
I'm not planning to cycle off Testosterone.
I never touched PEDs in the past
I have no goals to actually look like a bodybuilder.
I've had a semen analysis done right before my first injection. (Normal to low normal results)
Not planning for kids anytime soon, but if I end up actually infertile later on I would regret it.
Weights listed in pictures were the current weights after gym & cardio session, Weights in weightlog were morning weight after peeing.
I've been looking into this for a long time & decided to take the plunge.

Dont start primo at the end of a bulk. you wont get much out of it imo 8in this timeframe).
end the bulk with a blast (in the sense of: have fun with it), try any oral you might want to try (maybe Adrol, maybe Anavar, maybe Tbol, Dbol whatever, maybe do each for 2-3 workouts?) but dont start a long-term compound for a short term goal.
Keep the primo for your next blast, maybe 400-500 Test cyp 200-300 Primo during a cut?

You are running a cycle. Why stifle it with lower calories than you are hungry for (within reason)

Gained weight way faster than I wanted

Water from gear and carbs

Hate the way my eyes and cheeks puffed up.
It be what it be. We don't get to be both pretty and on cycle at the same time. Optimize for one and let it rip

Eat and train hard dude. Make the drug use worth it

I was going to avoid Anavar since my LDL/HDL were already on the verge of not good before even starting anything.

My original thoughts were the same as you in terms of Anavar being the go to for final bulk weeks and Primo not being worth adding this late, but considering my lipids, I'm thinking going higher test + AI or adding primo are my only options.

I like the idea of primo lowering estrogen and not having to take my Aromosin, and it seems like a good addon that I can keep using into my cut.

Idk, I'll have to reassess when I get my bloods in a few weeks to decide what to blast at.
 
Small Update
I wanted to avoid AI until my first bloodwork so I could get a true e2 reading (it's scheduled 3 days from now), but i started experiencing progressively worse gyno symptoms over past ~10 days. This morning was undeniable extra large puffy painful nip. So I took 6.25mg Aromosin.

I've avoided touching it, but I did touch this morning and it's not hard, just bigger than I've ever seen it.

Not sure how much it will effect bloodwork reading in just 3 days. Will have to follow up with another e2 draw 3 weeks or so later to try and dial it in.

Open to AI dosage advice. I'll be able to post bloodwork in 6 or 7 days hopefully.
 
Bloodwork and Check in
Planning to wrap up bulk soon. ~11 or 12 weeks bulk in total, 6 weeks of it on cycle.

Pros
- Huge strength gains now. Setting PRs now every workout.
- Got laid. I could not be bothered to pursue anyone for like 6 months prior. Libido restored.

Cons
- Nips still hurt
- Stomach acne
- Puffy face
- A few biomarkers took a hit

Added in Tudca and Citrus Bergamot to my supplement list. Going to use 300mg Test and 200mg Primo. Will start phasing into a cut very soon.

What all are you running? I see your log bit is this or has this been the protocol? If not where you following this and drop compounds out and if so then when? What sort of diet are you on also? Are you eating any junk?

As of time of the blood being drawn last week, it was 300mg test, 750HCG per week, and 3 to 4 IU of HGH at night. That was it. Only ~ 5 weeks.


I've been eating typically 3,500 - 4,500 calories. ~260g protein usually less than 60g to 100g fat. I'll post another daily food from before bloodwork. Shit load of yogurt recently lol

I've already added in Primo, but was not present in blood at the time.

As far as out of range biomarkers. The only marker that was out of range previously was neutrophils. HDL was bottom of ref as natty.

I did basically stop doing cardio though during my bulk. Went from 3.5hrs per week to maybe 30 to 50 min

I’ll get back on it later but the HCG is a culprit on your E2. You get min returns running HCG above TRT dose of test. HGH will also increase E2. How are you dosing your test? Once a week, twice etc… We can talk liver later. HCG is a contributor to that hematocrit also

HCG: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday
Test: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Blood was drawn Friday morning before test injection.
