New to site not to the game. But lacking a lot education which keeps me from going next level with the gains. About 15-20%bf, 205-220lbs depending on time of year. Not a real lean physique more of small guy bmf!!! Solid all around, abs are very visible but not popping like I want just the top two are. America is home. I’m really getting interested and reading on Peptides. Fascinating the different qualities some of them have. Have yet to experiment with any besides Sema & Reta. I enjoy learning new things about subjects that interest me. I lift, work, play golf, lift again that’s my life.
 
For trimming visceral fat, the go to has been HGH or its secretagogues. Some are peptides, others arent but these are probably your best bet. Can help with sleep too which is probably an even bigger perk.

Im falling in love with CJC+DAC. Been on that for about 3 months now and sleep just keeps slowly improving, never mind my IGF1 levels... But the sleep thing has been the biggest perk. I keep close tracking of HRV and various sleep stages. All that and only 1 pin a week.

Aside from that... many peptides are over hyped and under deliver. Only ones that are near universally accepted as "effective" are BPC and TB500. They are good anti-inflammatories. Healing properties however are hard to quantify.

How did your experiment with Sema and Reta go? Any particular peptides you are interested in next?
Sema made me sick often and constipated more than what was healthy. Had no problem shedding weight and although minimal I did lose some mass. Reta is a beautiful thing. In 2-3 years the other two S and T will be irrelevant. Very smooth sailing with it. For me anyways. I’m honestly interested in the healing/longevity capabilities. I’m middle aged man and work with a bunch of young men in a very volatile hostile environment so whatever I can do to stay young and healthy so I can keep up I’m all for.

Thanks for the advice. The Reta really worked well for me when I use it for weight loss. The HGH is something I have yet to try. Done/experimented with everything else pretty much. Just never liked the idea of pinning myself daily I know it’s not huge deal but…. And I do my studying and research and I get mixed reviews on the benefits of it. I want to try a good run on it and see. Just a lot of sources out there so diligently sifting through until I find the right price/brand/labs then I’ll commit.
