For next cut -- Reta and tren, hgh or both?

For my next cut I'd like to get under 10% (currently sitting around 13%) while maintaining/ gaining as much strength/muscle as possible.

I've ran tren twice before and I can handle it well but never ran HGH -- should I stick to the tren, test out HGH only, or would I see better results doing both?
 
Reta, tren and GH go very well together, can confirm. I’m taking 1mg reta, 12iu GH and 300 tren on this bulk and I’ve put on 4 clean kilos over 6 weeks. I wanted to increase the reta this week but I have been struggling to eat (I still get the food in because I’m not a pussy), so sticking to 1mg for now. Blood glucose is perfect despite the 12iu GH, considering maybe going to 18iu, but we shall see.

I think for a cut you’ll see fat loss very very quickly with that stack.
 
I ran something similar on my last cut. It was the easiest time ever shedding fat. 150 test 150 mast 70 Tren 4iu GH and 2mg Tirz. I lost 30lb total in 8 weeks so probably 20lb fat 10lb muscle and water. A little more aggressive than I thought but it put me in such great shape with ease. Still on the glp-1 but I can barely get over 3-4iu of Tirz without major appetite suppression and lethargy. I don’t think you can go wrong with this strategy.

I’m switching to Reta for this reason. Tirz is great but the post injection lethargy and strong appetite suppression is a bit too much.

For the OP, adding GH is always great. Will prob lean you out more that just the tren and GLP. The GH and GLP go well together for insulin sensitivity and fat loss. Should be a great stack.

include hgh regardless long term its gonna be great, for reta it really depends how much tren already suppresses you, i personally find it hard to even hit my protein during cuts on tren alone and sometimes end up skipping meals simply cause i have 0 appetite, reta would make it absolute misery to even eat consistently for me personally, so thats something u have to consider based on yourself
 
I ran 120mg/wk Sust + 1.5mg Reta during my cut going into summer and felt awesome. Added in 30mg/day trenA for a couple weeks in the middle but pulled it out due to some bicep acne.
TRT + Reta + low dose Tren is definitely a decent stack (Though lvz makes a decent point regarding Tren appetite suppression in some people). Don't have personal experience with GH on a cut but from what I understand, the more frequent the dosing the better results you'll get regarding fat loss.
 
I run 2.5 tirz mg per week and 4iu opti hgh per day. Titrated up from 2iu. Fat melted off. Standard TRT dose. Tirz took a few months to get used to. Some use Reta 1-2mg.
This is awesome to read. I started 2.5mg tirzepatide weekly 3 weeks ago, and I have been on standard trt dosage for exactly one year yesterday. I have been thinking about adding the GH. Any tingling or strange effects from adding opti to your routine?

hands feel tight every now and then. mild slight tingle in arms randomly.

I feel silly for even asking this, but would adding clen and/or l-carnitine work well or would it be completely pointless?

It would be overkill imo (and maybe slightly dangerous, reta is already going to raise your resting heart rate. Don't throw gasoline on a nice fire). The risk to benefit for clen doesn't make sense when you're going to be melting fat with reta anyway. If progress slows you can consider it but honestly, I wouldn't bother unless you just really like clen (does anyone?).

Never tried L-carnitine so no comment.

I did Tirzepatide and GH. I’m still on GH but haven’t taken Tir in a year.

With this stack I am breaking the weight plateau I was at

if u don't mind sharing, how did u manage to keep ur BG perfect, pretty impressive on those doses.

I can get it down around 85-90, using reta, Jardiance, and 2g metformin, 1g pre dinner to inject pre bed with lower bg, and another metformin 1g XR so I can wake up with lower BG.

I didn't want to add lantus as background insulin blunts the hgh benefits to fat loss. Does humalog help? I'd like to try it but the issue is that I got to eat minimal fat as long as it's in my system to prevent fat gain on it.

I don’t have to do anything special. I try to move as much as possible, so 5 minute walks after each meal, although I’m not very consistent with that. I stopped Novorapid and Lantus a few weeks ago because it makes me hold a lot of water, and totally fucks my lower back.

I guess the main thing is that the GH dosage is split pre and post workout, that probably helps.

I have since increased to 1.5mg, but I’ve only been on that dose for 4 days.

I take 200mg dihydroberberine before bed as well.

I reconsidered 18iu as well, because in order to make use of it I’d have to do things I’m not currently willing to do with insulin.
