interesting training style, do you do it like this for all bodyparts, you been doing it for long? how are rest times and such between these supersets? How do you find it works compared to just doing straigth worksets for each? sounds like it could be very cardiovascularly demanding, especially with those high rep ranges.

Dont you find it hard to assess how close the muscle is to failure vs failing from a cardio or metabolic standpoint? Sounds hella time efficient.

I could see this working great for small bodyparts like arms or supsersetting antagonist bodyparts but one bodypart, i dont think id be able to perform very well personally supersetting a big bodypart like back. But hey, i havent tried!

The weight isn’t heavy as I’m 12 days out from a show so it’s more of a fit in as much as I can and cardiovascular with resistance training.

Unfiltered pic on SST. On 100mg trt used 250:250 test mast for the first time to get to 9%. New goal -> outpace lords physique with 2 moderately dosed off season blasts of test/eq and no harsh compounds.

How’s it feel getting the same feedback after switching forums bro? Complete random says the same shit we all been saying for months “can you post an unfiltered pic?”
Ssssh. He took the blue pill can't you see? Let him think that we're stupid :P. I do agree with you I like honest pictures better than turning up the local contrast to level 9000. Not here to bash Nigus but he'd get more likes if he wouldn't be so insecure about how he really looks, unfiltered.

What is ur current workout protocol

Ur not a fan of methylated oral steroids in the off season correct ?
It depends.

If youre a high level amateur who is trying to go pro, and you have potential and really make money in the sport. OR you just dont particularly care about your longevity or health.... then sure you can try out the old school "30 days on 30 days off" of anadrol 50s and dianabol 25s. I have talked to some guys over the last year at shows who have really swore by that as an addition to their cycles.

Now, for the majority of people.... yeah I dont think its necessary or productive. It makes it harder to eat, and wrecks your lipids.

Honest physique review from what I see (for your benefit). Chest and lats, pretty good. Shoulders, could be bigger. Traps, biceps and triceps need to grow in relation to your other bodyparts. I would invest my time in getting those bigger to have a more aestethic look. Do you actually have some real check in photo's to show? Without all the filters and with more angles and poses? That way we can better judge the package.

It definitely seems to be a tool for pre workout intensity for sure .
