Food allergy/tolerance tests - gut microbiome/antibodies. Anyone with experience/knowledge?

I am going to take my diet and nutrition game to the next step. I have very little fat, fully visible abs yet my gut is distended. I suspect there are multiple foods I have intolerances/allergies. From listening to podcasts with coaches to olympia athletes, these guys do tests for food intolerances and gut microbiome to optimize their diet specific to the person. I have found one site in my country that sells these tests. I thought if I'll do these tests I might as well buy the biggest packages (opinions welcome):

Still pondering about what, which, why. I would appreciate if anyone who has done this could chime in with some advice!

The antibody tests have issues with accuracy and can flag problem foods just simply because you recently ate them. Get an MRT if you really want to know. It's more expensive, but you will have a far more accurate assessment. I got one maybe five years ago, and it proved very helpful. Could probably use another, as sensitivities do change. Surprised I'm not allergic to chicken and rice at this point. No experience with the microbiome tests.

Thanks, I was worried that these may be bunk tests. Just googled MRT, not that expensive compared to these antibody tests for food intolerances.
