opinions on best oil to use I’m running out of my fish oil and debating if I should get something different

Krill oil is probably better at lowering bad cholesterol, if you are looking for something to target lipids, try krill.

If not, high dose fish oil @ 2-4g/day is good.

You can take both fish and krill together as well.

My man thank you exactly what I wanted I get my fish oil from bulk supplements you got any brand you prefer for the krill or fish or doesn’t matter

Any specific benefit of cod liver oil over the others ones or that’s just your preference
Bio availability of the omega 3s by using a wild caught cod liver oil is what I tell myself. The real reason I started using it is because Dr Rhonda Patrick speaks very highly of it specifically. And she is smarter than me so I just went with it [emoji23]

To anybody using flax oil... is there any nasty aftertaste with it? Most fish oil I have tryed, even the burpless shit still gives me that nasty aftertaste even though I make sure I take it with a meal. Just wondering if flax would give that nasty fish taste, im guessing not but just curious.

No, taste like seeds if you bite into it.
