Thanks man. This stuff is hard but I think that's what makes the results feel so good. Having the kind of mastery over your life to make this happen is what makes the grind feel good. Almost everyone is physically capable of changing themselves but most aren't mentally capable. Sounds shitty but that feeling of being better than most people drives me to keep being better than myself.Embracing the grind is inspiring to your brothers that are in the trenches of a long and deep cut with you! We got this and thanks for sharing! Anything new that you’ve added to the diet or gym to freshen things up that you’ve been enjoying?
Is TNE really that good? I gotta know, been wanting to get some Halo to try. How would you compare the two if you have tried them both.just do a 100 mg and enjoy the "sheer power&focus& mental fortitude," dont wimp out be superman,, its an AWESOME experience you have to feel one time at least,
i havent done halo,,Is TNE really that good? I gotta know, been wanting to get some Halo to try. How would you compare the two if you have tried them both.
as far as primo, people get significant improvements starting from 150 and above. Do not listen to the retards that claim 400 and above or nothing.Just finished week 4 since stepping up the enhancements. This week was 250 test and 200 primo, and my last week of 50mg/day anavar.
I'm worn the fuck out and my sleep has been shit. My diet and training are pretty dialed in but I've been struggling with sleep for months. I fall asleep fine but wake up almost every night around 3am. Some nights it's for 30-60 minutes. Some nights I can't get back to sleep at all. I'm averaging 6 hours of sleep on good nights, and 5 on most of the others. I'm pretty sure I'm getting some kind of cortisol spike because when I wake up my mind is racing and sometimes my HR is up. I'm sure part of it is stress and thinking about all the shit I'm behind on. Up until a few months ago I ended each day with way too much bourbon. Haven't drank much at all in the last few months and none in the past 3 weeks. I'm sure part of my sleep issues are my body adjusting to that. I'm taking magnesium before bed, trying to avoid melatonin so my natural shit will start working again, and eating some carbs and fats before bed hoping to avoid a cortisol spike. Nothing big, just Greek yogurt with a little protein and chia seeds. If I could get my sleep dialed in I'd be unstoppable right now. Unfortunately I'm running on fumes and barely hanging on.
I heard phosphatidylserine (PS) is supposed to help with evening cortisol and I'm going to add it in. I get up at 415 most mornings. It sounds retarded but I'm going to try a therapy light in the morning to try to reset my natural rhythm too. This is going to be priority right now. I'm also taking a week off lifting trying to rest and maybe get my sleep in order.
As stated this week I started 200mg/wk primo with my 250mg/wk test. I'm new to primo and I've read everything from 2/1 ratio, 3/1 ratio and don't bother with anything under 400mg/week. With bloods coming in 4 weeks I think I'm going to be sensible and back it to 100mg/week now, and keep the test at 250. I should probably see how my E2 is responding before I start getting greedy with it. Especially since I don't have any experience and know what to watch for if things are getting out of whack. I've dealt with high E2 when I was starting TRT a year ago and was fatter. I'd prefer to see data from bloods before I change anything but if it starts feeling bad I may try a 0.25mg anastrozole and reassess the plan.
Pics are from today. 2 weeks after last picture and sitting around 17% BF based on InBody scan. Last picture should have been closer to 20% if I remember. Definitely noticed the love handles are starting to fade more.
What’s tne?try 100 mg of tne , then you will get the "full effect" , i personally do only .7 ml is my sweet spot, but i have done 100 mg doses with different types of tne, all the ones i have used had a small amount of guac in it, The "good stuff" has a lil guac in it, lol ,,![]()
Thanks man. I appreciate that. I appreciate all the feedback. I know I'm taking more than I need in this cut but seemed like a good opportunity to gain some experience in how my body handles different doses. It would be nice to have a couple sweet spots that work for me dialed in over the next few months so when I start trying to put some mass in I've got a good starting point. And labs at different doses to have a general idea how to compare feels to actual numbers. Don't know if this is a bad thought process but it made sense to me. Really do appreciate the wisdom. That's the whole reason I'm posting on here, to learn from other's experience.I just noticed the most recent pics and read the latest updates, amazing man, amazing for your age as you’re killing it
The thing is that judging by the recent pictures this is more a good recomp, you were lacking proper training and nutrition, so the fat loss is also accelerated by the new induced muscle growth, I am not sure of your past or what you’ve used and if you have used besides trt though. Thanks man. Sleep is getting better but still have rough days. Been taking magnesium glycinate, magnesium l-theronate, Phosphatidylserine, and glysine before bed. Also starting on dsip peptide. The dsip made a huge difference. Sounds retarded but when I get up at 430 for cardio before work I sit next to a bright ass light that's supposed to mimic sunlight and help reset your circadian clock. Slept 7 hours last week for the first time in months.
TNE is test, no ester. Test base.
Thanks again for the feedback man. I appreciate it.
From my experience I’ve used DSIP only once and discontinued as I realized I don’t needed it that much at the time and a few supplements did the work. I might jump back to it as well as I have a few vials but only for the fact that sometimes I have interrupted sleeps which I do not like. Thanks man. I appreciate that. I appreciate all the feedback. off topic to your latest comment but do Share the tzatziki recipe!I should add my hemocrit was 48 living at a higher altitude, and I feel good. BP has been historically high but in check with Telmasartin I started before ramping up test. Waiting for E2 to see how I'm balanced but overall feel great.
Nothing special. Premade seasoning packets from the store. Comes with one for the steak and one for the tzatziki sauce. We add it to Greek yogurt for low calories and protein.off topic to your latest comment but do Share the tzatziki recipe!
