Ok. Here's my protocol for the last 2 months

Primary injectables:
Test Cyp 50mg shallow IM q3.5d
Reta 6mg q6d

Secondary (things I don't always take on any given schedule):
ghk-cu 2mg 3xW
tb500 500mcg 3xW
bpc157 500mcg 3xW
DSIP 500mcg 3xW
pt141 2mg weekly
sildenafil 20mg 2-3xW

Daily Oral Supplements:
1737414878423.webp

Running 5miles per week and lifting 6 days/week

I made a sheet for my own history. But for January 2025 the things I know are of concern
HBC & Hematicrit
E2
Prolactin

CRP I'm not sure about and I'm trying to get the LDL under control as well. Both have been improving with the fat loss.

I am planning to remove the secondary peptides, reduce the test 10%, and go to a daily subQ to see if that brings the other vitals under control.

HBC & Hematocrit --> drink 2-2.5 L of water in the morning and retest. Then all blood tests in the future do the same. But it's okay, I would worry if it was higher than 54% fully hydrated.
E2- either lower the dose or increase injection frequency (but keep the weekly total the same). I would do Test Cyp at least every other day (check Steroid Plotter - The Web's #1 Steroid Cycle Planner)
Prolactin- could be due to pepties or stress. Try first P5P 50-200mg per day. Retest when rested. Caber is next (or see a doctor, even better).

Methodical as I would expect from you. No baseline prolactin value?

Have you spoken with your medical provider or seen an Endo?

Off topic but I would pin BPC at least every day. It has a short half life. Some do twice a day but once has always done the trick for me.
Also do you take any other meds. I take a medicine that has a side of raising prolactin. Something worth checking.
I can't believe how high your e2 is on 100mg. Maybe try daily microdoseing.

dont mess with or worry about prolactin until you get another blood test.
trt shouldn't raise prolactin and even if it did who cares, prolacctin only matters if you have gyno or have like extremely high prolactin that would be indicative of a tumor r something, taking strong pharmaceuticals just to get prolactin down for no reason other than bloodwork numbers makes 0 sense. also dont jack off before your next prolactin test

as others have said, red count, crit, ect is addressed with hydration, if youre still high you can go donate "double red" at the red cross.

Prolactin is very heavily incluenced by e2.
Address the high e2 before you do anything extra about the prolactin.
lower dose (might help if RBC and crit are stuborn, might just need time on true trt) up injection frequency to EOD or ED, or just introduce some aromasin.

Thank you, unfortunately no baseline as it was not something on my radar before. It was not mentioned by my trt clinic either. I only added after seeing it mentioned here a number of times.

Prolactinoma was one of my first thoughts. Especially after reading up on it being a cause for low test. My baseline FSH was borderline low, but E2 was normal. So I'm unclear on what that points to.

I haven't spoken to any professional about these results as they literally just came in yesterday. My PCP is hmo and it can be difficult to get him to order tests so I pay it off pocket for these and I have very little faith in my trt clinic. I've been considering finding and endo I can pay out of pocket as I can't change insurance until the end of the year.

I'm currently unclear on the urgency of my prolactin level.

I'm pretty comfortable with peptide protocols. I could definitely take the bpc more often if I was using it for more of it's recovery protocol. But it's primarily as a supplement for the ghk for me.

I take Adderall sporadically is the only thing I hadn't mentioned. I didn't believe it has an effect on prolactin. Tesofensine might but I don't think I've tried any in the last month.

Legitimate perspective. Gyno is harder to detect as im still higher body fat.

There was no ejaculation before the labs. The wife and I walked to the lab first thing in the morning.

i think being fat raises prolactin aswell.
prami/caber are not something to mess with, you'll get more sides from them than you have from prolactin, which might be none.

what sides do people usually get from caber/prami? I’ve taken both at a sufficient dose to get my prolactin from the upper end of the range to 50% below range and I felt no side effects at all
