bjuicen-is right at least 3 months, but better at 6 months
red69-4 ius isn't to much although most who start out for the first time start at 2 ius and work there way up to a desired preference.
Timing of your shots can be a bit confusing if you have beeen doing some research, which I hope you have.......any way I run my GH like this 6 months-start out at 4ius first three months then work up to 6ius for the remaining total and if I go past 6 months then I just use a mantience dose of 2-4ius.
Depending on my schedule at the time I split my dosages like this:
2ius in the morning and 2ius post workout if I am working out within the afternoon.
If my is different at the time I decide to do GH and I cannot get to the gym until after work (5p or after) then I swich up my shots like this: 2ius in the morning, 2ius before bed.
I won't get into my 6ius split for now work up to 4ius and take it from there, but all I can say about 6ius is that is where I really see the change within my body compositon. And I won't get into insulin use either-stick with GH and AS for now as you learn more.......
I'm 28 myself and don't really promote before bed shot (unless like I said above if time is a concern) because being somewhat young I still produce natural GH during a night time sleep-although some may disagree and say it is supressed when ever GH is coming from another source no matter what (Ex: when you shot test-you hinder your natural test producion) but I have heard GH is active for a very short time, therefore if shots are taking in the moring and afternoon then that natural production released within the first 2 hours of a deep sleep can be some what benifical.
