First cycle using Dbol

Hello,
Finally I've decide to start my first cycle. I've been working hard for apx. 4 years and I think I've reached my limit! From 120lbs to 165lbs 100% natural. It's been almost a year and couldn't gain much like before, also changed my diet so many times with no success.
Anyway, I did a lot of research and I kinda know what I'm facing.
I found a source in Russia and he got pharmacom stuff. Can you help me deciding how to use each:

Dbol (oral) + Test e300
Pct: letrozole + clomid

Also what do you think "if you have experience "

Also he will ship me from Russia to USA/Oklahoma through DHl. I'm not sure if I'm going to receive it or maybe I'll get in trouble ??

Tf is wrong with you? Letro should only be used immediately after you start developing gyno or niple sensitivity at a single dose per week of .25mg till symptoms disappear.

What you need to run is aromasin during cycle 4 days after starting dbol at 12.5mg every 4 days. Or 12.5mg per week when you only running testosterone at 300mg/week(if you are retaining water aka fluffiness aka soft)

so when to use letro? With Dbol I think as anti-estrogen?

You will get there with a good diet and your proposed cycle. You can run Nolva along with aromasin throughout your dbol cycle. If you only taking test Aromasin will be enough unless you notice nipple sensitivity or gyno, then you can add Nolva and Letro as described in my previous comment.

Letro is an estrogen crasher, meaning that you will have no estrogen when running Letro. It's NOT GOOD to have estrogen on cero crashed. You should only crash it if you start to develop gyno. Kind of a last resource emergency tool to have on hand

5'10 you have ALOT of growing to do before you're at your natural limit. My buddy was 205ish off season and 185 on stage natural at 5'9

Lets see your exact diet. Guarantee I can put 15lbs on you naturally by fixing your diet.

That would be how an international source operates... i suppose they could hand deliver it to you, but the cost of airfare and a hotel room would probably cost too much.

I know, but it'll take me so long since I'm struggling now.
My diet is the same or maybe better than before.

Breakfast: 3 white egg + bacon + 1 scoop protien shake.

Snack: benut butter sandwich + yogurt

Lunch: rice+ chicken or any source of protein

Then I go workout for 1.5 - 2 hrs
Drink a shake after workout.

Dinner: steak or chicken + macaroni and cheese or any source of carbs

Before I sleep sometimes I drink shake slow digesting. If I'm really full after dinner I don't drink it.

Am I doing something wrong with me diet ? I try to eat a lot so I can gain but it's kinda tough

REPEAT MEAL 2

DURING WORKOUT DRINK 50G CARBS FROM KARBOLYN AND 10G BCAA WITH 5G CREATINE
Then I go workout for 1.5 - 2 hrs
Drink a shake after workout.
THIS SHAKE I WANT TO BE 2 SCOOPS OF WHEY PLUS 2 RICE CAKES WITH 2 TBSP JAM

LETS MAKE THIS BE 6OZ BEEF OR STEAK, 1 CUP FAT FREE COTTAGE CHEESE

DRINK 2 SCOOPS CASEIN PROTEIN HERE. YOU CAN HAVE IT WITH YOUR LAST MEAL IF TIMING REQUIRES

YES YOU ARE NOT EATING NEARLY ENOUGH TO GROW. YOU NEED THE RIGHT FOODS IN THE RIGHT AMOUNT. GET ON THIS DIET, REPORT BACK IN 4 WEEKS AND TELL ME HOW HAPPY YOU ARE WITH YOUR GROWTH AND HOW QUICKLY IT'S HAPPENING
 
Why BCAAs intra?
I'll preface this with saying I have no formal studies or testing to back my statements up, just experience and anecdotal evidence.

Whenever I have had BCAAs in my intra, or with clients I always find it helps in decreasing recovery time and soreness. I do prefer EAAs but given the OP listen PBJ and yogurt, I listed the most cost effective option. I don't think it's something that will cause 20% more growth but I do feel it's one of those things then when used as part of an entire system can really be beneficial.

I've always felt there are many things that when used together can be great. But it's not like they make a massive impact on their own.

However, EAAS help prevent muscle protein breakdown, and stimulate muscle protein synthesis (much better). Now, add in carbs and you also drastically eliminate cortisol production... So, EAAs w/ fast carbs (as you suggested w/ Karbolyn) is ideal.

In the nature of saving money, Karbolyn can be replace with gatorade, or my preference, natural 100% grape or pineapple juice...

You are 100% spot on. My reason for suggesting karbolyn over Gatorade for him was based off how little he is eating. Dextrose pulls more blood to the stomach and so it may sit a bit heavier during his workout.

I feel ya.... I do think the pineapple juice or grape juice works "best" for me, but again, it's all trial and error with this shit. Karbolyn is good, but I remember it being pricey when I used to use it. But, I was also using like 2 scoops a day....
