First Cycle - Training Advice

I am 2 weeks into my first cycle 400cyp/120decca/week and had a couple of workout questions

I seem to be lifting about 10 to 20% more, but my arms burn for 1 or 2 hours after chest workout
chest press
incline chest press
dips
cable crossover
machine fly
delt fly

lots of burning in forearm, inside elbow, outside arm between tri and bi, higher blood pressure on this day. Twitchy next day then subsides

Not having pushed myself like this before, is this something that you just push through and it wil subside over time, or should I be taking it a little more easy on chest day

Any advice would be appreciated

Burning? Not really a sensation I'd typically hear. Are you doing really high rep stuff?

No high reps (14/12/10/8/6) but definitely more weight than I have ever used before. I am hoping that this is normal...like your arms are playing catch up to new weight loads....but that is why I am asking

So when you say they burn for 1-2hrs after you lift... What exactly do you mean? Burning as if you're in the middle of a high rep set of curls? Or burning like a big pump aka just full of blood? Or burning like "ow my elbow really hurts I think I'm damaging the joint"?

Pre workouts can always help with energy and a focus. Usually if your pre workout meal is solid ie good fast carbs, and hydration is up, you should get a good pump just from the gear.

Burning in the middle of high rep, burning on pump, and some burning in tendons in inner elbow area. Especially on high/low cable crossover

If it's actual pain you have a problem. If it's just a burning pump, suck it up and fight through it.

I get bad back pumps if I'm standing too long in one spot. It's especially bad if I'm using dbol or tren.
