First cycle tips?

19 5'7 124lbs. I'm looking to bulk up to 165-170, i've found that a lot of people recommend test enanthate as a first cycle. I've read on a forum that suggests 500mg weekly with 1 packet of Arimidex or Aromasin to control estrogen. Is this a good first cycle? Please any tips and knowledge would be appreciated

Negative. Not a good first cycle. You're 19. Wait till 25 at least. You're too young. Your brain is still developing. It's not worth the long term risk of shutting down or lowering your natural testosterone production. Take it from someone who was stupid when they were young and never had their natural test levels return to what they were. Went through 15 years of being fat and weak before I got on trt.
And you're 124 lbs. So much room to grow naturally still. At your age with proper training and diet you should have no problem reaching your goal of 165-170 lbs with a shit ton of food. Spend the money on food and a good coach if needed. 124 lbs tells me you don't know anything about proper body building diet or training yet

Also, never ever describe a medication dose as "1 packet" ever again. That tells us and you absolutely nothing.

just curious why wait until 25? also I've been lifting since I was 14, my starting point was 95lbs i was malnutritioned. i reached my peak at 17 i weighed 140lbs lean before stopping lifting completely. I know how to get my diet and my training right, I just want to go back to where I was and even past that and I thought waiting until I'm after 18 to start a cycle would be good.

Then muscle memory will get you back to 140 lbs in no time at all.
You wait until you're 25 so your brain fully develops. It's important for maximizing your intelligence for college, for jobs., and for emotional stability in relationships with your future partner and kids and with family/friends, etc .

not gonna sit and lie.. if hes already asking to do it and has his cycle made up already, hes gonna do it. i feel like scaring him away could work but i doubt it, id atleast him.

There'll come a time where you'll want to push the envelope and experiment. Maybe keep that cycle in your notes ;) hahah

In all seriousness, dont take gear at 19. I'm not saying wait until 25 but give it some time and real good think about it.

Taking PEDs could be a good decision but it could also be one of your worst. Especially @ 124lbs, just eat food, train, and enjoy the ride before taking that plunge.
