hey iam gonna try my first cycle and iam considering taking testosterone enanthate, i'll be doing a 10 week cycle. iam 5'9 144 lbs. and iam very lean with 4 percent body fat .....i have excellent cut and good muscle build for my size. iam wanting to pack on some quality pounds but keep my definition and low bodyfat.........with this cycle what can i expect??? i have a gradual receeding hairline and iam susceptible to breaking out....... will i hold alot of water and experience many side effects on this cycle. ??????????

first of all ..there is no way in hell you are 4% BF

second of all how the hell could you possibly have good muscle build at 5'9 144 lbs?

third..STAY THE FUCK AWAY FROM STEROIDS....YOU OBVIOUSLY HAVENT BEEN WORKING OUT LONGER THAN A MONTH !!!

GAIN ABOUT 40 LBS MORE BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK OF TOUCHING THEM

any answers to my questions?

iam considering doin my first cycle and it will be of test. enanthate i'll be doing a 10 week cycle of one shot a week. iam 5'9 144 lbs. but with good definition and cut. with a nice build. i want to gain 15-20 lbs of good quality muscle and keep my cut .. i have a gradually receded hairline and am prone to break out slightly. will this cycle make me lose my cut or will i stay cut.....what about side effects???....is this a good choice?

i just meant i have a decent lean build...and 4 percent is what it was measured at my local gym.....so dont be a smart ass i dont know how accurate that is .......and i have been lifting for over a year and i only weighed 120 when i started bro

I'm 5'9 1/2" at 145 and I have good muscle defintion too cause my body fat is so low somost of what I have is muscle. I know what you're saying. But I'm gonna pack on my pounds just from dieting and lifting hard... no roids.

I am 5-8 145lbs. with a 3.1BF% and I don't really give a fuc* if any of you don't believe me or not. I am not on this board to try to impress anyone. The bottom line is I am about to do a cycle of test/deca and will probaly get up to about 160lbs. What I am tired of hearing about is all of you no good looking fuc*ers out there that want to pick on lean guys. I mean since when has a bodybuilding contest been judged on how much a person weighs. Some of you think that working out is all about how big you are, or how quickly you can fill out your shirts. Well fellas I am sorry to announce that is not the case. We are now in the 21st century and bodybuilding is exactly what it sounds like BODYBUILDING. That means getting your body ripped and tone in order to look like you have good quality muscle. For those of us with super fast metabolisms it will require starting out very skinny and bulking up. Some of you guys out there think that just because you gain a couple of lbs.,( the testosterone goes straight toward your head) you are all of a sudden Zeus or something. Women want a lean guy with maybe a rack of abs, or maybe a chest to feel on. Bottom line I will be 5'8 160lbs. 3.1BF% and look better than half of you mother fuc*ers running your mouths. I will post pictures to prove it GoodNight!
 
Most people are going to tell you to wait on using the juice. I am too, because you can still gain alot more naturally--I would suggest you have atleast 3-5 years under your belt--easier said than done, I know I could hardly wait once I started researching--

Just remember to keep your diet in check, that determines what kind of gains you will make.
If your at 4% bf(probably more) you can afford to gain some fat and still have very good definition...

Now, in regards to Grisb's smartass, attitude filled comments....No on on this board picks on lean guys just cuz they are lean. By your stats....you are a skinny mofo.....and that is not bad- noone is pickin on y ou cuz yer skinny. Any time a smaller guy posts wanting to do a cycle, everyone tries to offer criticism so NO ONE ENDS UP HURTING THEMSELVES OR FUCKING UP THEIR GROWTH, etc etc. There is not a single person on here that will rip on someone just cuz they are little. Now, if you are 5;9", 150 lbs, and have been lifting weights for 4-5 years, then sure, a cycle would be ok as long as you havent reached your max genetic potential yet and you are atleast 21-22 years old. There are reasons for that. Your natural test levels are still high as hell, so you dont need roids....your prolly not done growing yet, and roids would fuck that up for you. So get of your little ego trip, stop bein disrespectful, and either put posts up that arent whiny/bitchy, or DONT POST AT ALL. I garaun-fuckin-tee you that the advice you get on this board is prolly 98% correct...all these guys are very experienced and wont steer anyone wrong or make fun of them for bein little. Bottom line, roids are for people who have been experienced weight trainers for years and have slowed down or completely stopped making gains naturally. So go enjoy your 3% body fat...im sure the chicks love rubbin up on a bean pole!

by your own generalization defines why you wannna juice ... and by the way you are not gonna bulk and keep that 3.5% bf and all your cuts bro ...

plus i used to be 165 lbs with low bf and 6' tall ... but because of good bros telling me i should be able to reach 200lbs naturally and wait before even thinkin about cyclin ... i achieved 165 to 200 in three years .... nutririon has got to be atleast 75% of it all ... not trying to flame, just trying to make you understand the nature of the beast. good luck
 
I apologize for bein kind of an ass ealier this mornin to a new member, but this board is all about mutual respect, ok GrisB? Now thats cool and all that you are cut to shreds and wut not, but not everyone on this board lifts or uses gear for women....sure, its a good perk to bein a big guy- you are noticed and most girls dig a built guy.....but many other guys, including myself are into this shit because it benefits our lifestyle. I am talking about powerlifters, operational military, athletes, etc etc. And the guys are right...you are not going to stay under 4 % bf if you try to get any bigger. So, from now on, show some respect to the people who you are looking for advice from. Beggars cant be choosers alright! Sit back and learn as much as you can without bein a dick about it. Peace
 
one more thing gris, if you choose to stop having an attitude, we would all be more than happy to help you out with your cycle. All I saw was test/deca....do you have PCT/dosages/etc etc etc all planned out? So since you arent on the board to impress anyone, why dont you post your stats/goals, and let us all help you .
