What's up everyone, first time poster here. About to begin my first cycle in roughly a month and thought it wouldn't hurt to get some feedback. Anyways, I know you all are gonna want them stats, so here they are.
Age: 21 (Yes I know, you're too young)
Experience: 6 solid years of lifting, messy diet up until a couple years back. Always train for strength but am looking to compete in my first bodybuilding show next year. My personal bests, all raw, are a 515 deadlift, 425 squat, and 280 bench. I recently cut down from 205 at roughly 17-18% bf to 185 at roughly 11-12% in preparation for this cycle. My diet for my cut was as follows:
Meal 1: 10 egg whites, half cup oats, 1 scoop kaizen whey
Meal 2: 42 grams unsalted almonds
Meal 3: 2 slices Ezekiel bread with 100 grams chicken breast and loads of spinach
Meal 4: Same as meal 3 with a 1/4 cup blueberries
Meal 5: Same as meal 1
Meal 6: 1 banana and 1 scoop of kaizen whey
Meal 7: 1.5 cup no fat Greek yogurt with 3 tablespoons hemp hearts and 1/4 cup blueberries with 1 kodiak power cake.
Total Calories: 2750
Supplements: 5g creatine ED, Multivitamin, Fish oils
Anyhow, I'm looking to put on lean mass throughout my first cycle. I already have the goodies, my proposed "stack" is as follows:
Test Cyp 500mg weeks 1-12 (mon/thurs)
Anavar 60mg ED weeks 1-6
Aromasin 12.5mg ED weeks 1-14
HCG 1000iu EOD weeks 12-14 (stopping 4 days prior to SERMS)
PCT
Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/20
Diet will consist of strictly clean foods and will begin at 3750 calories, increasing by 200-250 calories every couple weeks. I have no urge to cheat as I am looking to build as much clean mass as possible. Macros will most likes follow a 50c 30p 20f regimine.
