Posted my natural bloodwork in another thread. Now the idea I had as a start into PEDs was the following:
75mg Test-E eod: 262.5mg/week
Running this for 8 weeks, then check bloods and adjust from there.
If everything looks good I'd bump up the test to 350mg/week (50mg eod) and check again after 8 weeks.
I was thinking of adding GH from week 4 (starting with 2IU), thoughts?
Ultimately I was planning to ramp up the doses every 8 weeks until bloodwork gets worse, then go back to the last favourable dose and run everything for a year in total, before switching back to a TRT cruise (chosen based on the previous bloodwork).
Nothing special in terms of "cycle", but if any additional thoughts are appreciated.
Happy to report on any progress in this thread of course. According to the advice of starting with as little body fat as possible I am actually starting out after a hard cut to around 7% bf (estimated of course). Was planning to go into a moderate calorie surplus for at least the first four months of the protocol and then see how body fat levels look like.
