I’ve been training seriously for a while now and have been reading and researching a lot. I recently turned 18 and I’m planning to run my first cycle soon, but I want to make sure I’m doing this as smart and informed as possible.

I know that at 18, the HPTA is still stabilizing and there are risks like long-term or even permanent suppression, fertility issues, and other endocrine problems. That’s why I’m trying to be as cautious as possible — but I also know some of you started young or have coached young guys and might have real insight into.

Stats:
- Age: 18
- Height: 181 cm
- Weight: ~80kg
- Body fat: ~15–18%
Planned Cycle:
- Testosterone Enanthate: 250 mg/week (split into 2 doses)
- Anavar: 20 mg/day
- HCG: 250 IU twice a week during the cycle
- PCT (Tamoxifen): 40/20/20/20 mg starting ~2 weeks after last Test E shot
- Cycle for 6-8weeks

- What do you think of this cycle setup overall?
- Is there anything I’m missing or should adjust?
- How bad can long-term effects really be at 18?
- If you started young yourself, would you do it differently now?
