First cycle and high blood pressure

Hi
Just started my first cycle and started low Test 100mg/wk, 300mg/wk primo, 2iu/day HGH and 25mg pre workout of ananvar.
Got my bloods done and my total test has gone from 16.4nmol/l to 42.6. SHBG 52nmol/l down to 8.7, free test 0.25nmol/l to 1.58 with oestradiol top end at 208pmol/l
After just after a week by blood pressure has shot up to 190/90 and my resting heart rate anywhere between 75 and 100!
I don't feel ill but this has scared me so stopped everything with my intention to gradually bring back one at a time once i go back to normal. Just wondered is this a common occurrence for BP and HR and any real advice?

Yes it's 100% common and smart of you to stop. You were kissing hypertensive crisis .

Did you do any research into this before you started shooting up?
Why do you not have any ancillaries on hand like telmisartan, beta blocker, or ivabradine?
Why are you doing this stack and not baby's first blast of 500mg test ?

And last but not least: why are your stats? Weight, height, body fat, and age.

My advice is simple:
1. First blast should be test only — always so you can understand side effects.
2. Do your cardio , 20 minutes zone 2 or higher 5 days a weeks
3. Get your damn ancillaries on hand before starting
4. Be a low body fat, ideally under 15%. The more fat you hold the more sides you get.

Pressures seem very high for the dose. How many times did you take the BP and over what time period.

That blood pressure is wild considering that small amount of test you are running. Something tells me you have hypertension issues even without any test that you need to get under control. Have blood pressure meds on hand or don't continue the cycle with dangerously high BP like that. Do not let yourself be anywhere near 170 systolic. Gonna end up killing your kidney.

The E2 levels at that dose of primo to test, leads me to think it’s fake… what’s actually in there could be causing your BP to spike?

I would come off for a week then restart at just TRT 80-100mg of test. And see where you are.

This is a long game, you have time to titrate up.

In the mean time get your ancillaries at the ready. 2-3 types of bp meds and get ready to deploy them if needed.

What’s your Bf% if high you need to get that down with a glp

What’s your cardio regimen?
