first cycle and concerns...

hi im 32, 5' 8", 180lbs, and been working out for a couple of years and i go 6/7 days a week...bit longer than that but before not that consistent...so ive talked with some bodybuilding friends and decided on test enanthate and stacking with deca...test 250 every five days and same with the deca but im only doing the deca in mid cycle...so i will do about 16cc of test total and 10 cc deca...so im just concerned about some side effects...my friend had gyno and i dont want to go through that...so he took novaldex but this gave him really bad acne...so in my research and talking with friends what im getting is that side effects are individual and more or less for the frequent or longer time user as opposed to a first cycle ...do i have to take novaldex or proviron?...and are my chances lower due to my rookie status?...what do you use for stretch marks?...if i start to feel my nipples itch or hurt do i stop cycle right away?...also this will be my first and last cycle for mass ...my plan is to do this one wait awhile and then perhaps do a cutting tone cycle of winstrol...then that is it(famous last words)....thanks for help all.
 
those are low doses so you prob dont have to worry. but if you feel the efects coming on, you are using long acting ester so prob to bad. so any way use the serch function and find most all your answers there.

sounds to me that you have received some advise and have done even worse research,so start over.not being a dick,but being honest.this board has all the answers you seek,you just have to look for them.

Nolvadex give you acne???? :confused: Learn something new every day
 
Bro, not telling you how to suck eggs but I think if you are training 6/7 days a week then maybe you need to look at your training regime before you start thinking about a stack.

Get the training and diet in order and you will find things will improve naturally. Keep on the forum and learn, learn, learn. I jumped in as a newbie with test and deca cycle - lost my hair, lost my gains and lost my job coz I went crazy dog.

Take it serious and take it slow. Dont jump in. Listen to the guys on the forum they know their stuff. Make sure you learn about PCT too (you didnt mention that). Just my 2 cents but if I could have my time again I would have learned to research and not listen to people in the gym who dont know either.

Dragon, I have similar stats (a little younger, little lighter, but more workout years under my belt). I've been to multiple boards but I believe this one is the best overall. Some guys will give you a hard time but if you don't put in a couple of hours a week over several weeks if not months then you deserve an occasional backhand.

There's a lot of good info on this board . . . particularly the stickies.
