Pre bloods and first Bloods to consider
Started TRT, RETA early March:

Test Cyp 200 mg/week split EOD
RETA now up to 8mg/week split E3D
BP157 / TB500 500 mcg each / day (injuries foot and elbow)
Started MOTS C 5 mg per week (3 days before current Bloods)
**Well hydrated before bloods
***Blood tests from different providers pre T Dr didn't specify estradiol ferritin or prolactin
}}}Feel great loving current TRT and RETA dosages {{{
Pre Blood. 2 month Blood
Hemoglobin 15.8 g/dl. 17.2 g/dl(high)
Hematocrit 47.6 %. 52.8% (high)
Ferritin. ? 265 mg/ml (ok)
Eosinophils (abs) 0.1x10E3/ul. 706 cells/IU (high)
Eosinophils ? 8.3% (not high)
HDL. 50 mg/dl. 38 mg/dl
LDL. 123 mg/dl. 117 mg/dl (high)
Triglyc. 110 mg/dl. 88 mg/dl
TESTOSTERONE 332 mg/dl. In progress
FREE T. 2.2 pg/ml. In progress
Prolactin. ? 11.2 mg/ml
e GFR ? 62
AST. 19 iu/l. 16 iu/l
ALT. 28 iu/l. 22 iu/l

1) Any suggestions for bringing down Hemoglobin and Hematocrit?

2) Thoughts on esinophils (I know this might be sign of infection(no symptoms) and why is my eosinophils number good but absolutely is very high?

3) HDL and. LDL suggestions?

Will post Test and free T and estradiol when they come in.

Hey MESO....

1- TRT numbers are in....

Testosterone is up to 1218 from 338

Free T is up to 266 from 2.2!

Is this a cruise level of TRT ? My feelings are great... Energy level above pre T considerably. Forgot to add that i 5 mg tadafil/Cialis ED.... Libido much improved. Have decided the loss of sensation from the Test is manageable....can still bust with focus.. Minor acceptable loss for now. May research HCG in future to see if that can be reduced or eliminated?

2- can this esteemed bunch at least tell me what is wrong with my post ? Questions off, poor data?

I have been reading threads across the forums, researching, considering....

I'm sure "new TRT, high hemoglobin/hemacrit questions get old..and posted detailed bloods and other info to possible spark constructive critique

Thanks anyway love the form for what it is...

See y down post or up forum.

I would suggest lowering the dose as much as you can, so long as you still feel normal. I would suggest shooting for 600ng/dl trough, though it's something you'll have to figure out through trial and error. RBC related markers are always the trickiest to improve, but lowering dosages, exercise, hydration, and weight loss will certainly get you headed in the right direction.

Hey, thanks, will reduce incrementally...maybe 20mg/week, reductions every 2 weeks to see how it goes! Appreciate the experienced input.

I generally takes 5 half lives for a drug to stabilize. So lowering it a week at a time will tell you very little. Any change felt will likely be a placebo effect doing that. It will take about 5 weeks to a new dose to stabilize. Some time after the the new norm will be felt.

Good suggestion...I tried to convey my amount per week reductions would only occur every 2 weeks... But will push it back to 4-5...

As long as you are hydrated, I woudn't worry to much. Watch out for elevated thrombocytes, that will kill you.
Lower the dose to 100 per week, then increase if needed.
