Yesterday doing some max effort training… 595 + 200lbs of chain… RPE 7, added two 10lb plates…. 615 on the bar 200lbs of chain unstable unrack in wraps… I go down, struggle… feel like someone ripped a ribbon in my right quad. So powerlifting meet is out of the question for March, any tips ? protocols ? My first injury in my whole athletic/powerlifting career, I can walk on it and put probably 10-20% pressure on the right vastus medialis. Need some help from some OGs

Fuck, I'm so sorry man that is awful.

For sure go see a doc and get PT and whatever other treatments your insurance/Healthcare can provide. Get a bunch of BPC-157, and if you can afford it also TB-500. I would do 200 MCG BPC twice daily, subq right over the tear if possible. TB-500 I think would be like 4 MG twice a week for 6 weeks.

i tore a muscle in my leg a few years back and it took about 18 months to fully heal. It didn't fully heal until I started the peptides, then it took about 6 months of running BPC-157. I was having the weirdest nerve pain for so long afterwards. Without the BPC I truly believe I'd still be having that awful nerve pain...

Wishing you the best bro.

You’re going to need an MRI to confirm the severity of the injury before any professional accurate opinions can be made.

This is one reason I am against acclimating resistance more than 40-60lbs. Risk of injury.

At one time, with an injury, the TB-500 peptide helped me very well. I haven't tried the first one, but I've heard a lot of good things.
