Filtering of test/tren/winny suspensions

As per title, how are you guys filtering it without clogging filters? I don't think you can get it hot enough to dissolve. These don't have G either.

You need to filter separate
1.Ba+water to steril vial
2.melted API with solvents drop by drop need to do this when it's still hot it can be tricky

try to make a small amount first (10ml) to see how goes the process

second this, the filters catch even micronized API unless it is dissolved and hot.

Seperating BA+water and BA+API+other solvent is key.

Works for test suspension.
I dont like making them tho, TNE in castor can go up to 125-150mg/ml, which lowers Injection volume and suspensions hurt like hell.

The API doesn't really melt tho, that's why it's made as a suspension. They aren't supposed to either.. that defeats the purpose of micronization of the API.

For filtration purposes it should, especially if its in 100% solvents.
otherwise the filter catches too much API. heating it in solvents to get it through the filter and have it precipitate/crash out in the vial is the way to do it "safely" imo (this can/will lead to larger shards though, especially if the water isnt heated as well, so possibly more PIP, but fewer infections vs the other way to do it)

you could also not filter the API, which is what I suspect many people did back in the day for suspensions, hence the higher infection chance. just water+BA+API and pour it into the vial, crimp, done.
Not too fond of doing it that way, though.

For sterility purposes yes you should, that's why I made this post..lol...to see how they are doing it.

The API usually comes micronized for these compounds, as they're meant to inject as is. Pharma probably does this in some kind of very clean environment so it's not an issue.

I was seeing some old recipes where they heated it at 325F and filtered via .45. I guess that combination could work, but the api once dissolved and precipitated comes out at an unknown size which defeats the purpose of micronization.
