Yeah the recovery took a lot if time to be normal. Worst part for me pain wise was the bone they took from my hip for the fusion. Said it would speed up recovery using my own bone.

Whats the "full time frame" to back in the gym using moderate weights? A year?? I know with "healing peptides/hgh, it might be a little quicker?

I had a ton of shit done, so I may be an outlier. 6 weeks of sleeping in a chair with a padded sling. Massive atrophy. Then about a month of rehab. Then another 4-6 weeks of carrying a softball-sized medball of increasing weight starting at 1#. Couldn't do a single pushup for about 6 months. I was light sparring and doing very light weight at 9 months. Full year before I felt like I could really start pushing it, 15 months before the fear of ripping anchors started to fade.

And, I was at peak fitness at time of surgery. Dark times, bro, very dark times. But, I don't regret getting it fixed. It was hard, but worth it. Shoulder is better and stronger than ever.

Hey @Sampei can you share how to get the vials over from US to UK via your method ? Or is it a secret ? I wanted to start the filtering process but can’t obtain any decent vials in the UK and the shipping costs of Medical and Lab supplies is extortionate.

Cobetter has much lower holdup volume than Tisch.
For that matter, everyone has a much lower holdup volume than Tisch.

Hey brother. IMO these are better than cobetter, Celltreat Ptfe filters . Idk if I got a dud box of cobetters but I couldn’t get them to filter without adding alot of pressure and I ended up busting them.

Nope, I bought the right ones.
Just my opinion. Readily available and work great up to around 150mls. Just another option for anyone to give them a try.
They were PTFE.
They do have Nylon ones also.
