Female looking for a killer delt workout

I'm side sensitive with var and it gets to my voice. I run it 5 weeks at 5mgs then up it to 7.5 until my voice starts to drop. Usually after 2 weeks at 7.5. I've used different labs and lab maxed it all with similar results. Frustrating cause I love it!! Esp at 7.5.
I'm planning on running clen for the first time in the spring. Will stack with ostarine or var. Just 2 weeks into a var only cycle now so we will see how it goes and how my voice handles it.
You should give amadrol a shot. It is supposed to be one of the safest steroids for women

It’s a great way to absolutely isolate the side delt when you otherwise can’t. Once you get the feeling of it add weight and some elbow bend. But yes, straight arm removes all other involvement. Keep it light, I’ve never used more than 15lbs with that form.

Ah ok, I gave it a try with the 8lb db I have at home, i did 30+ felt it more towards the back of the delt, when I bend I feel it in the middle and traps when I get tired. Only issue was the 1st time 30 it felt like my elbows were gonna snap, but then I realized it was because I was trying to bend the other direction, when tightened triceps it was fine.

Is it helpful or hurtful to do a cpl 100 of these and regular raises nightly?

some good advice already. I would say heavy pressing and side lateral raises. Experiment and see if you prefer pre-exhausting the side delts by doing the laterals first, or prefer to do them after the pressing movements for a pump.

I would say standing barbell push press first, then seated dumbell press and side laterals at the end would be my preference.

Also, I had an exercise i used to do with low cable. Stand with your feet right next to the weight stack. Grab the handle with the hand furthest away from the stack. With the other hand grab the upright steel of the machine and lean out so your arm is straight. Then do a side lateral from arm straight down to as high as is comfortable. I found this variation had a significantly different feel than standard standing upright version.

@Mac11wildcat I tried those locked arm lateral raises and you weren't kidding the ego is left at the door for these.
Yup.

I don’t think that sort of REAL isolation is necessary often but it sure as shit makes you realize 1. How many other muscle groups are involved in even movements we think are isolation and 2. How truly weak individual muscles are on their own.

Very difficult to fully brace and isolate every muscle on its own, but that gets you damn close for side delts if you lock your scapula down and back during the movement.

Search bodybuilding.com for Dana Linn Baileys Delt Homicide workout. Its a killer. My go to when i want to really work them.
Ive done it before...or rather tried to do it before! One of the reasons i switched to delts 2x/wk is because my delts fatique quicker then other muscle groups and i find I cant train them nearly as hard or a ton of volume in 1 workout.
