Feel really wired/jumpy on high callorie diet

Putting on muscle but weight is not going up.

How is this a problem?

I wouldn't change what you're doing very much. At some point you'll start gaining weight but first you have to increase lean mass at the expense of fat.
 
I'm putting on fat as well though. I figure this will just burn away the more I train if I keep my diet as is.
 
Get your bf checked. It will keep out alot of guesswork if you try to get it done every 2 months or so.

Youre putting on muscle and fat with no weight increase. What are you losing to compensate?
 
I don't know. Maybe the weight is slowly creeping up, it's hard to tell since it jumps around a lot.

Regarding the initial problem, I skipped the mid morning meal today and feel fine. Could be just eating more food that my body can handle at one time. I will try and up the protein a bit to make up for it.

Don't weigh yourself any more frequently than once a week.

Depending on how your metabolism is handling minerals and water retention, your day-to-day weight will easily bounce around by 1 to 4 pounds.
