favorite whey??

whats are some of your fav whey protien shakes? i usually get 10 lb bags and have only tried straw optimum whey because im afraid of gettin nasty shit and tryin something else any comments are welcomed.....also im paying 48 $ for a 10 lb bag anyone get any good deals lately??

BMan- Well if you want a better deal on your whey protein you can go to http://www.sndnutrition.com. You can buy two 5lb ON wheys for $43.98. Get one strawberry and the other a different flavor. Just make sure it's not cookies & cream! If you want a better whey try Syntrax's Nectar or Isomatrix. These are more money per gram but the quality and taste more than make up for it. Your not what you eat, your what you absorb. If you still like an economy whey try Scifit's 5lb whey (they use an 80% grade protein vs optimum's 34%).

I'll second www.allthewhey.com I like their chocolate concentrate/isolate blends, but the unflavored isolate can't be beat for versatility. You can mix the stuff with anything.

Well it's pretty darned close. I can mix it with Propel water and Gatorade or any kind of juice and I even dump half a scoop on cereal and you hardly know it's there.

Yea allthewhey is good protein i usually use Optimum and get 10 lbs for about $55.00 though and the unflavored is nice to have sometimes by the way
