I use vega sport mocha or chocolate protein powder. Why, because I'm vegan.
Also because it has 30g protein per serving along 6g bcaa's 6g glutamine non gmo blah blah. I've tried many other plant protein powders and have settled on this one for the time being. I usually use two servings per day in two smoothies. It actually fills 3 large blender cups. There blended up properly in my blend tec. I sip them slow throughout the day. I never chug them.
I always add real food to them for xtra added protein and cals.
Flaxseed milk 8g protein
3 tbls PB 12g protein
Oats 8g protein
PB powder 6g protein
Hemp seeds 12g protein
So an xtra 42g of protein and 600cals added to each serving.
