Favorite protein powder. And why?

Simple question. What's your go to protein powder. I stumbled upon NutraBio awhile back and love it. Also a big fan of ON gold standard whey. I make sure I check the sodium and cholesterol content. I think many overlook that. So what's yours?? I like them both because of the decent taste and NutraBio is very low sodium and cholesterol.

Myprotien pure isolate. Mainly for two reasons...Theyre the cheapest pure isolate i can find and There's some decent evidence out there to support they are able to meet label claims which apparently is not too common amongst most protein powder suppliers.

$65 to $75 for an 11lb bag 100% pure Isolate delivered to my door

1 scoop Strawberry cream pp + 1/4c steel cut oats or buckwheat groats + water. Add 1/2 cup blueberries and some crushed up walnuts(if wanted or needed) and you've got quite a macro/minor nute dense meal that tastes like candy.

I use myprotein unflavored impact whey. I just mix it mix it with Powerade or throw it in a blender with Greek yogurt, bananas and strawberries.

There's this one company called Raw Dynamix that has some nice flavors that I want to try. Their protein profile is good. Not sure how accurate the label is.

lol I do the same with myprotien unflavored I mix it with Gatorade powder periworkout...delicious no stomach issues. I've always got an 11lb bag of unflavored and an 11lb bag of strawberry cream on hand.

I don't even mind drinking the unflavored plain in water as a shake...been thru many a 11lb bag just like that eating a baked potatoe with it.

I consume around 100g powder a day so I like the pure isolate to avoid lactose issues. Any amount of concentrate or casein is a problem for me at those amounts.

Optimum Nutrition due to it consistent availability through Costco and Amazon and the fact that their vanilla whey isn't sugared to death.

Also like that I don't need to blend it to get rid of lumps. 20 seconds in a shaker cup, 20 more to drink it. Done.

Use different ones
ON Casein
Sometimes I'll get dymatize (easily best tasting)
I'll use Syntha6 in a pinch since its available everywhere.

I've been using dymatize for years and don't really plan on changing that. I've used many others but still prefer dymatize over all of them. I've tried Tasty whey recently, its pretty good as far as taste goes.
